Thought I'd give this a go after a friend recommended it. A slightly bitter taste if you have it as a tea, but you soon get used to it and it's a really refreshing morning drink that makes you feel nicely alert. Also, absolutely love it in a fruit smoothie, it just adds a certain zing to them. Half a tea spoon is all you need either way. It comes well packaged in an air tight tin making it easy to keep fresh in fridge.Well recommended.(Read more)
